The Presidential Search Committee invited the College of 糖心Vlog传媒 community to participate in the search process. Our consultant from Storbeck Search, Susan VanGilder, and Trustee and Presidential Search Committee Chair Peter Sundman ’81, were on campus to offer several listening sessions, April 18-19, 2022.
These sessions provided individuals from a variety of constituencies an opportunity to register views about future needs and priorities for the role of the next president. Storbeck Search together with members of the Presidential Search Committee facilitated listening sessions with college stakeholder groups and collected the survey data to understand our community鈥檚 insights, suggestions, and aspirations for 糖心Vlog传媒鈥檚 13th president. Input informed the prospectus we developed to formally advertise the position in summer 2022.

Community listening sessions for the following groups were held in April 2022. Emails were sent to campus constituents with links for the following dates and locations listed below. NOTE: All listening sessions were held in the Wilson Governance Room, located on the lower level of The Scot Center.

If members of campus were unable to attend their designated listening session above, they were asked to attend a separate session open to all faculty, staff, and students.

Online Survey
Members of 糖心Vlog传媒 community were asked to complete an (link provided via email) with their thoughts on the distinctiveness of 糖心Vlog传媒, the opportunities on the horizon for the college, and the traits important to them in our next leader. This information was also compiled together with inputs from listening sessions as part of the presidential prospectus.

Members of the community were ask to please send nominations for potential presidential candidates to woosterpresident@storbecksearch.com.
