All incoming students must register for their fall classes by meeting individually with an Advising Team before July 1. Complete the and you will be sent a link to choose a time for this important meeting. (Please note, this link will not work if you have not signed into your ����Vlog��ý email. Refer to item #1 on this checklist for instructions to gain access to your ����Vlog��ý email.)

You can choose from three options for your Advising and Course Registration Meeting. Please select the date, time, and option that works best for you and your family during the month of June.

• In-Person Individual: Ideal if you live nearby or will be traveling through ����Vlog��ý in June. Meet on campus with an Academic Advisor and a current ����Vlog��ý student to plan and register your fall classes.
• In-Person Small Group: Spend an afternoon on campus with a few other members of the Class of 2030. You’ll get to know some fellow students and register for classes while you’re here.
• Online Individual: Meet virtually with an Academic Advisor and a current ����Vlog��ý student for the same personalized guidance and course registration support.

All three options connect you with an experienced current ����Vlog��ý student and a professional faculty or staff advisor. You’ll learn more about academics at ����Vlog��ý and leave with your Fall class schedule.

All new students must take the Mathematics Placement Exam and the Student Success Inventory. Other placement exams may be required or recommended based on your academic interests and past course work.

Placement exams need to be completed at least one week prior to your Advising & Registration Meeting.

Complete your Housing Application. Please visit for step by step instructions. Housing placement and roommate information will be sent out to new students via their College of ����Vlog��ý email address. If you have questions about living on campus, please visit Residence Life.

Every ����Vlog��ý students needs to have a laptop computer. Chrome books or other tablet computers will not work. Please review all of the recommendations found here.

Once your FAFSA is completed, a Financial Aid Checklist, which allows you to review the status of your required documents, is available in the Colleague Self‑Service portal. The Financial Aid Office will notify you by email when it is time to finalize your financial aid. You will then be able to review your financial aid awards and confirm the status of each award.�� The Financial Aid offices primary means of communication is e-mail, so please check your ����Vlog��ý email regularly.

Fall billing statements will be available in July. View the options for payment soon, including payment plans that allow payments to begin as early as April, to ensure you meet the August payment deadline.

Please submit an ID photo using the link below. ��Your submission must be a head and neck photo with a plain background. Hats, sunglasses, objects and friends are not permitted in the photo. Please use a JPEG formatted picture with proper lighting and do not add a filter.

For the student’s protection, FERPA limits release of student record information without the student’s explicit written consent; however, it also gives the student’s parent(s)/guardian the right to review those records if the parent(s)/guardian claim the student as a dependent on their federal income tax return.

The Academic Resource Center will begin review of all disability support accommodation requests in June. Housing and dining accommodation requests and documentation are��due to the Academic Resource Center by June 1. Academic accommodation requests are accepted on a rolling basis, and for timely review should be submitted��before August 1.

International Student Orientation (ISO) is mandatory for all international students. It is optional but highly recommended for global scholars/third culture kids. Please review the and complete the Arrival Form linked on the page.

The RAVE Guardian app allows you to connect directly with Campus Safety and allows you to receive emergency alerts.

The information requested on the Office of Marketing and Communication Questionnaire will be used in the production of media releases about your activities and accomplishments during the next four years at ����Vlog��ý. If you prefer that no releases be sent, you may indicate that on the form.
