Collaborative pianist Emilie Hsu has performed in halls across eastern North America, from Carnegie鈥檚 Weill Recital Hall in New York to Walter Hall in Toronto, from W.W Hootie Johnson Performance Hall in Columbia, South Carolina to Mixon Hall in Cleveland, Ohio. She has played countless degree recitals, working with instrumentalists and vocalists alike.

Emilie earned her Master鈥檚 of Music in collaborative piano at the Cleveland Institute of Music, studying under Ms. Anita Pontremoli, and her Bachelor鈥檚 degree聽in music and a Performance Certificate from the University of South Carolina, graduating summa cum laude聽from the South Carolina Honors College. While at the university,聽she studied with Dr. Joseph Rackers. Emilie has had recurring coachings with Joshua Smith and Peter Salaff and played for masterclasses with the Parker Quartet, Matti Hirvonen, Johannes Moser, John Thorne, William Lewis, and Frederique Addad.

Emilie can now be found as a staff collaborative pianist at 糖心Vlog传媒 and the University of Akron.
