REGISTRATION��

• Who can attend Reunion Weekend?��
  • All alumni, regardless of class year, are welcome to return to campus! Class years ending in 1 and 6 will have special recognition.����
• What is the reservation deadline?��
  • May 21, 2026
• How do alumni register for the weekend?��
  • Registration will be available online starting on March 2, 2026, on ����Vlog��ý’s website! Questions and concerns can be directed to the Office of Alumni & Family Engagement at (330) 263-2533.��
• Why attend reunion?
  • explore the campus and community,��
  • expand your worldview during Friday Alumni College sessions,��
  • catch up with longtime friends and make new friends,��
  • network, eat, drink, sing, dance, and laugh,��
  • enjoy social time with classmates over meals and in the residence halls,��
  • plus so much more!��

FEES��

• How much does it cost to attend Reunion Weekend?��
  • Registration is set up in an a la carte format, so you only sign up and pay for what you plan to attend! The fees charged for the weekend cover the direct costs of food and beverages. The College is eager to welcome back alumni and happily underwrites most expenses.��
  • On-campus lodging costs are separate from the other registration fees. One room for the weekend is $130.����
  • Register by April 30, 2026, and use the discount code ARCH26 to get 20% off the total cost of your registration and fees!��

WEEKEND ACTIVITIES��

• What attire is most right for Reunion Weekend?��
  • Our guests are encouraged to dress casually for the weekend. Of course, wearing black & gold attire or MacLeod tartan is always acceptable.��
• Will alumni get to hear from the College President?��
  • Yes! ����Vlog��ý’s President Anne E. McCall will address the alumni on Saturday morning during the Celebration of ����Vlog��ý. Dr. McCall will also be an active participant in the overall weekend.��
• Will the pool, fitness center, and gym be available during the weekend?��
  • We welcome alumni to use the facilities of The Scot Center. Hours of operation are limited in the summer and will be listed in the updated schedule we distribute at Reunion Weekend check-in. The pool is usually closed for the summer.��
• What are the class-specific events at Reunion Weekend?����
  • For several years, we have been moving towards more “all-alumni” events at Reunion Weekend to be a more inclusive celebration. Certainly, class reunion committees are welcome to plan special events for their class, but that does vary widely among classes! Many opportunities are provided for alumni to gather with their classmates during meals at Lowry Center and in their “class lounges” in the residence halls.����

ACCESSIBILITY

• Reunion Weekend meals and special events are planned in venues that are accessible. Our residence halls offer varying levels of accessibility which can present some challenges. If you have mobility-related concerns or issues that you wish to discuss, please reach out to the Office of Alumni & Family Engagement at 330-263-2533.��

ON-CAMPUS HOUSING��

• Can alumni reserve a room on campus after the May 18th reservation deadline?��
  • After graduation, our custodial, facilities, and events teams will turn their attention to readying our residence halls for Reunion Weekend. Because of the tight turnaround time to get all spaces ready, we need to stick to our May 18 registration deadline for housing.��
• Which residence hall will be assigned to my class?��
  •  will house the Scots Forever Classes �� will house the Class of 1976 – the 50th Reunion Class��All other classes will be housed, based on numbers, i�� Armington Hall a�Ի� Babcock Hall.��
• Do alumni get placed with roommates in on-campus lodging?��
  • No! We will not assign you a roommate for the weekend unless two friends request to stay together.��
• What are the restroom arrangements like in the residence halls?��
  • Most halls have two large restroom facilities per floor. Rooms with private bathrooms are not available. Our campus restrooms are identified with signage for men’s restrooms and women’s restrooms. We also have many single-occupancy restrooms across campus, labeled as such.����
• What are the on-campus housing amenities?��
  • Please remember that residence hall rooms are sparsely furnished. Rooms are furnished with two twin beds (unbunked); one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, one blanket, one pillow and pillowcase per bed; three towels and three washcloths per person; desks, dressers, and trash cans. Bed and bath linens are supplied once, at the start of the weekend, but not replaced throughout.��
  • Many items that are standard in hotel rooms are NOT provided in the residence halls, such as: irons, ironing boards, hangers, alarm clocks, hairdryers, coffee makers, televisions, mini-refrigerators, shampoo & other toiletries, fans, air conditioning, telephones, mattress pads, tissues, and night lights.������
• When do alumni need to check out of the residence halls?��
  • Check-out is 11 a.m. on Sunday for all guests. Swipe access cards and nametag badges should be returned to the Gault Alumni Center before guests leave campus.��

FOOD AND BEVERAGES��

• What food options will be available at events?��
  • When planning event menus, we offer a wide variety so that all guests will have plenty to eat. Vegetarian/vegan options are available at all events. If you have a serious food allergy, we ask that you specify this on your reservation form. We will do our best to meet your needs.����
• Will alcohol be served on campus?��
  • Beer and wine are commonly served at dinner and evening events. Non-alcoholic beverages are always available at events.��

ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN��

• • Though childcare is not provided, young Scots are welcome to attend reunions with their families! We will have kid-friendly programming, especially on Saturday, such as lawn games, inflatables, crafting stations, board games, and more!����

TRAVEL AND PARKING��

• What is the best way to get from Cleveland Hopkins Airport or Akron-Canton Airport?��
  • Car rentals are offered at both airport locations, as well as taxis and the rideshare options Uber and Lyft. The College will likely offer airport shuttles to and from Cleveland, and we will update this website as soon as we have those details.��
• Where can alumni park on campus?��
  • Alumni and guests are welcome to park in any legal parking space on campus, whether they are labeled for visitors, staff, or students. ����Vlog��ý’s Office of Safety & Security will ticket vehicles that are parked illegally (e.g., in a handicapped spot without a pass, in a fire lane, etc.). Please also note that city ordinances are in effect for street parking.��
• Will golf carts be available for alumni?��
  • Golf carts, driven by trained College of ����Vlog��ý students and staff, will be available throughout the weekend to help guests get around campus.��
• Airport Shuttles��Three shuttles are being offered for Reunion guests this year. Seats are limited and the cost of a one-way shuttle is $50. Dates and times are:��
  • Thursday, May 28 – Departing CLE at 3 p.m. for a 4:15 p.m. arrival at ����Vlog��ý��
  • Friday, May 29 – Departing CLE at Noon for a 1:15 p.m. arrival at ����Vlog��ý��
  • Sunday, May 31 – Departing ����Vlog��ý at 8 a.m. for an 9:15 a.m. arrival at CLE��

ARRIVAL ON CAMPUS��

• Where should I go first when I arrive at ����Vlog��ý?��
  • Alumni should come to our Reunion Weekend HQ in the Scheide Music Center. There, they will receive your nametag(s), tickets, an updated schedule, and swipe card keys for on-campus lodging. The specific hours of HQ will be posted later.��
• If alumni arrive after the HQ is closed, can they still pick up their room keys?��
  • After HQ is closed each night, room keys are available at the Office of Safety and Security, located in the Culbertson/Slater House complex on Wayne Avenue, across from Kittredge Dining Hall and Wagner Hall.��
