For advice to students wanting to be a health coach, I think one of the biggest things is you just have to be flexible. This is a great program to get to work with real patients one o one, but that being said they are real people and because of that things won’t always go to plan. I have learned a lot about changing my plans to meet patients where they are and adapting to new issues. The program can be a lot of work and difficult but you do make great relationships with your patients and the experiences you gain and wins you get make it worth it!
