Hi Clare,
It was great to hear your insights into the work you did this summer. And, your observations about an erratic work schedule were true I think of many organizations still figuring out how to navigate in the pandemic. However, your point about communication and setting expectations is a fair one.

Very informative presentation, Clare! It was great that the summer fellowship provided you with some new experiences that were related to your possible career paths and that helped you to solidify your plans for after you graduate. The DPAA was a great choice for your APEX summer fellowship since it focuses not only on three major art forms but also on the administrative work that goes into arts performances. It sounds like you learned a lot!
