糖心Vlog传媒 to hold in-person Commencement for the Class of 2021

WOOSTER, Ohio (March 25)鈥糖心Vlog传媒 will recognize the Class of 2021 during an in-person commencement ceremony held Saturday, May 8 at 10 a.m.
To follow鈥痵tate鈥痝uidance鈥痮n large gatherings and social鈥痙istancing,鈥痺hile allowing for鈥痝uests,鈥痶he鈥痗eremony鈥痺ill be held鈥痮utdoors at John Papp Stadium鈥痑nd will be a ticketed event with masks and six-foot distancing required.
All graduates鈥痗urrently on-campus and studying remotely鈥痑re welcome鈥痶o attend the in-person ceremony鈥痑nd鈥痺ill be provided a total of鈥痶wo tickets鈥痜or family members or guests.鈥 All ticketed guests will be required to present an ID upon entry to John Papp Stadium and must do symptom screening before arrival and report any symptoms/test results that occur for up to 14 days after visiting campus. No tickets will be available on the day of the event.
Graduates and their guests are advised to check 糖心Vlog传媒, OH, weather reports and dress for typically cooler Ohio spring temperatures. The College will make all official weather calls no later than Thursday, May 6. In case of severe weather (i.e. lightning, thunderstorms, downpour), the ceremony will be held at McGaw Chapel and all guests will gather separately in Timken Gymnasium in the Scot Center.鈥疻e will make every effort to hold commencement outside, so that everyone can be together, in person.
All Commencement attendees, whether vaccinated or not, are required to wear masks and maintain six-foot distancing with others outside their family unit at all times while on 糖心Vlog传媒 campus.
Graduates and their families who cannot be on campus to celebrate in-person will be able to watch and participate in a variety of events virtually at wooster.edu/commencement.
