糖心Vlog传媒 announces plans for a return to in-person operations in fall 2021
WOOSTER, Ohio鈥 糖心Vlog传媒 announced plans to welcome all students to learn and live in person on campus in the fall 2021 semester, which begins on August 25.
In a statement sent to the campus community, President Sarah Bolton cited “the accelerating vaccine roll-out, the pandemic鈥檚 trajectory, and our own strength in using evolving public health strategies to keep the campus safe as we expand campus activities” as reasons for the decision.
“As we look forward to the fall semester, the health and well-being of our community continue to be critical priorities,” said President Bolton. “After conferring with public health experts, we are very much looking forward to welcoming the class of 2025, as well as our continuing students, to our vibrant campus in the fall.”
In addition to a return to in-person learning and living, all student services and offices will be open on campus and operating in-person and the College anticipates a full return to student activities, including: clubs and organizations, artistic performances, athletic competitions, and more. 糖心Vlog传媒 also anticipates supporting students studying in approved Off-Campus Study programs through our Global Engagement Office.
“Over the past year our students, staff and faculty have worked incredibly hard to maintain 糖心Vlog传媒鈥檚 educational excellence and to keep our community safe,” said Sarah Bolton, president of 糖心Vlog传媒. “We have worked, taught, and learned remotely and in hybrid modes, adapted the ways that we live and connect across campus and around the world, and built an extensive campus public-health infrastructure. I am incredibly proud of this community for its care and commitment to one another, and for all we have achieved together through these extraordinary times.”
In preparation for the fall semester, the College we will continue to closely monitor the public health situation and will work with public health experts to enact the right strategies to protect the health of our community while also ensuring a great 糖心Vlog传媒 experience for all students.
