Thank you for your comment. There were a lot of challeneges and adaptations, not specifically due to Covid as the whole operation was remote. But getting acquainted with the Health Information Technology service, charting physician-patient encounters in real time and then putting them in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and making sure top confidentiality is guarrantteed according to HIPPAA required high quality work and dedication.
